The first person I spoke to had sent she could only turn off the card but could not look at the transaction to report them. This card had been used in multiple places the previews night. On September 10th 2022 I called the fraud department to report my card stolen. My next step Is to inform local authorities.

I need an investigation from ibc into this matter. Bank tellers name on the bank note is ******* Please look into this incident as I do not know what's going on? Did she lose the $ bill? Was she playing around? There are cameras in there right? Why did she take out her own personal phone to take picture of my vehicle? I have never had any problems with that bank til today. I tried calling the bank itself and I managed to speak to the manager and she would not give me her name and after explaining as best as I could because I was so aggravated said she was going to speak to the teller and she hung up on me as well. I tried calling the local branches to find out what's going on and they hung up on me. When she saw that I was looking directly at her she put it down and turned around immediately.

As I was leaving I saw at the windows in front that the teller stood at the window and had her phone in her hands lifted to her face and she looked like she was taking a picture. We got into a conversation about that and I said no I did not have the $100 bill. When I received my DL and bank card the teller got on the speaker and asked me in Spanish if she had sent back the billete which is the $100 bill I misheard her and said yes because I thought she said tickete which is the bank note due to speaker being kinda janky on not clear. On 1/11/23 at 9:54:19am I was at the drive thru and I sent the info to the teller with my deposit of $100 and received everything back normally. Hello I am contacting you with a concern and a complaint. THE GENERAL MANAGER SAID SHE COULDN'T DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT AND WAS VERY RUDE HER BRANVH WAS AT ******* I BELIEVE. ONCE I LEFT TRYING TO MAKE A PAYMENT THE **** WAS BLOCKED AGAIN. ****** WAS THE NAME OF THE ***** HELPING ME SAYING SHE SAW A LETTER THAT I WAS SENT OUT YESTERDAY BUT DID NOT KNOW THE REASON OF THE CLOSING OF THE ACCOUNT AND COULDN SHOW ME THE LETTER NOR TELLING ME WHAT IT SAID. WELL ALL I GOT WAS THAT WHOEVER CLOSED IT DID NOT LEAVE A NOTE TO EXPLAINED WHY.

I WENT INTO A BRANCH TO GET A NEW DEBIT **** AND ALSO TO SPEAK ABOUT MY ACCOUNT. I TRIED RENTING A U-HAUL AND IT DID NOT TAKE, I TRIED GETTING AN UBER DID NOT WORK, I TRIED BUYING FOOD AND IT GET DECLINE, EVEN AT THE *** IT SAID TO CONTACT THE ***** TODAY I NOTICED MY CHILD SAVING WAS NOT SHOWIN. THIS NEW DEBIT **** I USED TO PAY MY BILLS AND AFTER THAT IT WAS BLOCKED. ON 02/24/23 I WENT TO A LOCAL BRANCH TO GET A NEW DEBIT **** BECAUSE MINE WAS STOLE WHEN SOMEONE BROKE INTO MY HOUSE. ALSO I HAD AMNY ISSUES WITH MY DEBIT ****S. I HAD SO MANY ISSUES, AS OF 02/25/23 MY CHILD SAVINGS WERE CLOSED WITHOUT A NOTICE, A CALL OR ANYTHING. I'VE BEEN WITH THIS BANK FOR ALMOST 3 YEARS NOW.
